This latest offer is similar to the previously available 6 Scores Challenge on the site, but this time, Tournament Predictor has a World Cup 2022 theme!
Let’s learn a little more now about this offer and how you can participate.
What Is The Bet365 Tournament Predictor?

The Tournament Predictor promotion at bet365 is a prediction game based on the entire FIFA World Cup 2022 tournament that gets underway in Qatar this Sunday with the first game between hosts Qatar and Ecuador.
Therefore, you have until kick off on Sunday to enter your predictions for this competition and participate as entries will close once that first game kicks off.
The aim of the game is for you to accurately predict how the World Cup will turn out based on the two main phases of the tournament:
- Phase 1 – The Group Stage (featuring all 32 teams)
- Phase 2 – The Knockout Stage
The predictions you make will be slightly different for each phase of the tournament.
- Phase One – Group Stage

The Group Stage of the World Cup sees all 31 qualified nations, plus hosts Qatar, competing in eight groups of four. Each team will play the other team in its group once, with the top two teams from each group after they have played their three total matches qualifying for Phase 2 of the tournament, the Knockout Stage.
For this part of the Tournament Predictor, you do not need to predict the result of each of the matches in the group stage. Instead, what you need to do is predict how the teams in each of the eight groups will finish after they have played their matches.
You will rank the teams from 1st to 4th in each group and can move them around by clicking and dragging them into position in the table.
Once you have completed this process for all eight groups the first part of the Prediction game is complete and you will then move on to the second part.
- Phase Two – Knockout Stage

The knockout stage of the World Cup Finals features a Round of 16, quarter finals, semi finals and final and you will predict the result of all games across the knockout phase.
From your predictions for the Group Stage, the software will automatically show you the draw your predictions will make from the group stage into the Round of 16.
Then, you simply use your judgement to decide which team will win each game, either in regular time, extra time or on penalties, in order to progress through the tournament.
As you make your selections, the later rounds of the draw will be populated with your predictions, so you can progress through the full tournament until you finally select which team will be your choice as World Cup Winners.
Remember, you do not need to predict the correct result here, simply which team will progress from the stated fixture in each stage of the knockout phase of the tournament.
Once you have worked your way through the predictions, you then simply need to click the button on screen to make your entry into the tournament.
That’s it! You are now entered and stand a chance of winning one of 10,000 cash prizes guaranteed to be available, as well as a potential £1,000,000 jackpot prize!
What Prizes Can Be Won In The Tournament Predictor?

There are 10,000 guaranteed prizes that will be won in this promotion, plus a chance that one or more players could earn a share of a special jackpot prize of £1,000,000.
The guaranteed prizes are listed below, together with how many of the aforementioned cash prize is available to be won as part of the promotion.
- £100,000 x 1
- £25,000 x 1
- £15,000 x 1
- £10,000 x 1
- £5,000 x 1
- £1,000 x 15
- £500 x 30
- £200 x 50
- £50 x 400
- £25 x 500
- £10 x 500
- £5 x 1000
- £2 x 2500
- £1 x 5000
In addition to the prizes outlined above, if any entrant manages to secure what is termed a ‘perfect bracket’, that meaning that they correctly predict all the finishing positions for every team in the Group Stage and then how the Knockout Phase will pan out, then they will win the jackpot prize of £1,000,000.
If multiple players manage to achieve a perfect bracket, then the jackpot prize will be shared between them (but in truth, the odds of that happening are very, very small).
How Do Bet365 Differentiate Between Entries To Decide Who Gets What Prize?
Of course, to decide between each entry who ranks higher on the leaderboard, there needs to be some measurement of success and bet365 do this by allocating points for successful predictions.
The amount of points you can earn for each successful prediction increases throughout the tournament and is as follows:
- Group Stage – Correct Position for a Team Predicted – 10 points
- Group Stage Bonus – All 4 Teams Position Correctly Predicted in a Group – 10 points
This means there is a total of 50 points per group available in the group stage (maximum 400 points).
- Round of 16 – 20 Points for predicting winner (8 games – 160 points maximum)
- Quarter Finals – 40 Points for predicting winner (4 games – 160 points maximum)
- Semi Finals – 80 Points for predicting winner (2 games – 160 points maximum)
- Final – 160 Points for predicting the winner (1 game – 160 points maximum)
This means that there are a maximum 640 points available to be won in the knockout phase of the tournament.
Therefore, to win the £1,000,000 jackpot prize, you would need to amass 1,040 points to do so.
How Can I Check How My Predictions Are Performing?

Bet365 will be operating a leaderboard for the tournament which will display the top 300 entrants into the tournament. If you are outside of this list, then you can check your score by logging in and visiting the promotional page when the World Cup is in progress.
Along with the newly announced 4 Scores Challenge (which we will bring you news on next week), this is one of just two exciting free to play offers available for the FIFA World Cup 2022 from bet365 Sport, which could see you land a cash prize of some form.
So why not enter today? Remember, you have until 4pm on Sunday 20th November to get your entry in, otherwise it will be too late, so act quickly to participate!
